💼 Role: Full-Time
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
* Patient Counseling: Conduct comprehensive tele-consultations and secure video consultations to understand patient needs and suggest optimal healthcare solutions.
* Medicine Sales: Confidently recommend, consult, and drive the sale of our prescribed wellness medicines.
* Service Pitching: Educate patients on the benefits of traditional wellness and actively pitch our specialized, in-house Panchkarma Therapy Centre.
* Pipeline Management: Build trust and maintain strong patient relationships to ensure high conversion rates and consistent sales growth.
💰 Salary & Target Structure:
* Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives
* The Target Goal: Your monthly sales target is strictly structured at 10x your fixed monthly salary. (For example, if your fixed salary is ₹X, your baseline target to achieve is ₹10X). Hitting and exceeding this goal unlocks an excellent incentive structure!
